How Does Refilling Work?
BRING (OR BUY)
Bring your clean and empty containers from home to reuse and refill with our personal care and home essentials. They can be glass, aluminium, plastic, silicone, we don’t care, as long as they are clean and empty! We also have containers for sale that are perfect for refilling, if needed.
TARE
When you bring your own container, you will tare it on our scale before you fill it. Tare \tair\ is just the fancy word for weighing your empty container before you fill it. The weight of your empty container is then deducted from the weight of your filled container. That way, you’re only paying for the product itself!
(RE)FILL
WEIGH
After you’ve (re)filled your containers, we’ll weigh them for you on our scale at the check-out counter. Remember, you don’t have to fill containers to the top. You get to determine the amount of product you would like to (re)fill.
PAY
Our prices are displayed in price/oz. When checking out, you will see the price/oz, how many oz you (re)filled up, and the total price.
REPEAT
